While working in the warehouse will discharge the under mentioned duties:

| Carry out day to day administration of the warehouses. |
| Check and verify the godown-wise and commodity-wise accounts and append his signatures in token of having done so. |
| Assist in ensuring proper godown hygiene as also to assist in building up of proper stacks. |
| Act as in charge of stocks, operations, and godown(s) as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager. |
| Ensure timely submission of returns and reports to the Head Office/ Regional Office and to handle general correspondence. |
| Deal with all matters connected with H&T operations e.g. checking/countersigning of work-slips and scrutiny of contractor’s bills. |
| Any other work as may be assigned to him by the Warehouse Manager/Regional Office/Head Office |
In addition to these, Junior Superintendent will also be responsible for the following-
- To assist the Warehouse Manager in the discharge of his responsibilities particularly those pertaining to supervision of warehouse operations, custody, and preservation of stocks, equipment, and deadstock items including upkeep of records/accounts, supervision over the staff work and receipts and payment on behalf of the Corp as per laid down procedures.
- Act as in charge of the warehouse in the absence of the Warehouse Manager being on leave/tour in case the Jr Superintendent happens to be the senior-most official at the particular warehouse.

CWC Job Profile for Assistant Engineer
- To supervise and execute all construction works, maintenance works as per specifications/agreements under the overall control and directions of the Executive Engineer concerned including management of material.
- To furnish technical guidance to the Sectional Officer and to ensure timely completion of works, keeping the Executive Engineer informed about the progress of works under his charge.
- To prepare estimates for capital/maintenance works as may be assigned to him and to scrutinize contractors running account/final bills and to forward the same to Executive Engineer duly supported by the Certificates of test-check of measurement as per the standing instructions in the matter.
- To maintain initial accounts of cash and stores for each work in accordance with coded instructions as well as those contained in the office manual.
- Any other work as may be assigned from time to time by Senior Officers.
