What you’ll do
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle. Conducting interviews, selection and joining formalities
Screening potential employees’ resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
Identify external subject matter experts and freelance consultants for work force augmentation

Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
Serves as liaison with candidates and communicate logistics associated with assessment and interviews
Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to proactively understand their requirement
