BUSINESS PARTNER CONSULTANT (BPC) AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between Acetios Consulting (Service Provider), a MSME, IPR, ISO Certified Company, operating under the brands Anywheregk.in, Pegkob.in, etc., and the undersigned Business Partner Consultant (Client).
Purpose: This agreement authorizes the Client to act as a Business Partner Consultant (BPC) to promote and sell services and solutions offered by Acetios Consulting.
License Fee: The BPC license fee must be paid within 30 days of signing this agreement. If unpaid, 100% of the BPC’s sales (up to a defined threshold) will be deducted to recover the license fee. Failure to pay or recover the license amount may result in rejection or termination of the application.
Commissions and Payment Terms:
- Minimum commission shall be paid to BPC agents after 30 days of confirmed service delivery and successful client payment. Minimum commission is 10% of successful sales and payment by the students or customers only in our website or our office.
- Commissions apply to the following sales categories:
- Student admissionsn in college in India/ abroad & our advanced courses
- Job offer confirmations
- Franchise selections
- Digital IT solutions
- All commissions will be processed only after full client payment is confirmed.
- Commissions are subject to a 4% payment processing fee and applicable TDS deductions.
- Inactive BPCs (no sales in 4 months) will receive a 20% deduction on their commission. Agents inactive for more than 6 months will be terminated.
- BPCs are not eligible for commission on leads unless expressly approved.
- KYC mandatory for all BPC
Obligations and Conduct:
- BPC must not collect cash from students / clients unless formally authorized in writing.
- False claims, abusive behavior, or unauthorized disclosure of business information will result in immediate cancellation.
- BPCs must uphold confidentiality with respect to client data, sales strategies, and internal documentation.
- All client communications, confirmations, and updates must be reported honestly and clearly.
- All information will be communicated by our office or our websites only in email or whatsapp or calls.
- Authorization letter may be sent to paid BPC only.
Termination and Legal:
Either party may terminate this agreement by written notice. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Kolkata. This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Until the license is paid, this agreement remains non-binding.
