Recruitment – Writing job ads, training recruiters, and other actions that produce a pool of applicants for the goal of filling job positions are all part of recruiting. Recruitment success needs careful planning, targeted recruitment measures, and a review of previous recruitment attempts.

Retraining – Individuals are taught the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other qualities (KSAOs) they will need to get jobs in other occupations or organisations through retraining. Retraining, as contrast to training, refers to educating people knowledge, skills, and abilities linked to professions outside of their existing occupations or organisations.

Training – Training programmes are a type of learning event that is prepared in a systematic manner and is linked to happenings in the workplace. The training process is the methodical development of skills, norms, concepts, or attitudes that lead to better workplace performance. The effectiveness of training originates from a carefully constructed learning environment based on a detailed assessment of job requirements and learner capabilities.
