Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Experience in Front Office Customer Service operations is mandatory
- Must have Email & Chat customer service experience
- Capability to work under pressure in a dynamic business environment
- High degree of accountability and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguous scenarios and come out with workable solutions
- Customer focus, Drive for results and ability to take ownership
- Strong English communication skills both spoken and written
- Flexible to work in 24*7 shift environment
