Education qualification:
UG in Bcom / management with sales as major subject
Skills:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
Performing sourcing, lead generation, cold calling,
Conducting market research (contact & account research)
Must be excellent in building leads & closing targets weekly
Must do cold calling
Must be good in email managements
Excellent in upselling & cross selling
Excellent in career counselling & jobs
Good in social media marketing
Must be proficient in client management
Affiliate marketing
English compulsory
Travelling 10% of entire month.
Must meet weekly targets.
Total paid posts:
4
Candidates preferred:
Only highly active females. Must be active on social media & LinkedIn.
Extrovert attitude
Field sales also important.
Stipend:
Rs 1800 per month + incentives upto Rs 26K
Rs 1000 fixed includes mobile bill. Rs 800 for making sales within 10 days.
Pay band: Rs 1600 – Rs 2000 – Rs 6000
100% job offer:
Only those who have given and met the sales target will get immediate offer after 2 months.
Salary:
Rs 18K fixed / month + Incentives upto Rs 30K
Pay band: Rs 18000 – Rs 20000 – Rs 36000
