- How do I get started with a plan?
After selecting a plan (Self Hiring or Dedicated Hiring), you’ll receive onboarding instructions, login credentials (if applicable), and a roadmap for job-posting or recruiter support. - Are there any restrictions on the number of job posts or candidate searches?
Yes. Each plan specifies a number of job posts and number of employees/searches allowed (e.g., Self Hiring allows X job posts + Y searches). Dedicated Hiring includes recruiter support, calls, interviews, documentation. - What is included in the Dedicated Hiring service?
Dedicated Hiring includes a dedicated recruiter, a defined number of screening calls and interviews, full documentation support, and status tracking. Add-ons such as training are optional. We call and do complete interview of your candidates (offline or online at our offices). - Is there a training fee add-on?
Yes — training for new hires or onboarding is offered as an optional add-on, at a specified fee per batch (as shown in the pricing table). - What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds only under clearly defined conditions (for example: if we fail to provide the paid service). Refunds will be processed pro-rata based on the unused portion of the service, and any training or placement-specific fees may be non-refundable. - Can I upgrade my plan during the year?
Yes — you can upgrade from Self Hiring to Dedicated Hiring (or a higher tier) during the year. Upgrade fees apply, and the upgrade discount (if applicable) will be applied. - How do renewals work?
At the end of the 12-month period, your plan can be renewed. Renewal will carry the renewal discount (as per your pricing policy) if you choose to continue with us before the expiry date. - What happens if I don’t use all my job posts or candidate searches in one year?
Usage limits reset at the start of each 12-month cycle. Unused job posts/searches do not carry forward beyond the validity period unless explicitly agreed in writing. - What support do I get during the recruitment process?
For Self Hiring: access to our platform dashboard, candidate database, job-post tools. For Dedicated Hiring: assigned recruiter, interviews arranged, documentation handled, status updates. Standard support via chat/email/phone is included. - What about data privacy and confidentiality?
We adhere to strict confidentiality and data-privacy standards. Candidate, client and internal information is handled securely. Your job-post, candidate pipeline and documentation remain private and accessible only to authorised users from your organisation and our team.
